Does the game keep generating more families to fill those houses? I find that odd because there are so many homeless families at this point that I don't see why more need to be made. I have the number of homeless households set to 1. What I don't want, which isn't being prevented right now, is to have random townie families constantly spawning and outnumbering the original families and my own. I think I have the frequency for marriages and babies set the way I want. I've seen and read a bunch of guides but I still am not sure I have all the right settings for what I want. I was hoping someone who knows the ins and outs of MCCC could help me see if I'm missing anything and answer a few questions I have. YrSa is linked on the main WW page, but I'm recommending as they have a few specific M4M animations, and IIRC, YrSa doesn't animate chests in the same way other animators do (to exaggerate breast bouncing), so these should work better for you if you set your tops to recognize as male gender and your bottoms as female gender.
